Garden party

Back to last weekend when the Saturday wedding was followed by a Sunday lunch party the groom’s family arranged in their garden.





Barbecuing, socialising, unwinding... The father of a friend of the groom’s, a master of practically all brass instruments, popped in from across the street to play a couple of serenades to the newly-weds.




After the chilly Saturday it felt like proper summer had finally arrived. What could be a better way to spend a warm Sunday afternoon in town?

      Thanks you, Freda. In all the 13 years I lived in my country house I never arranged a proper garden party so it was all the more fun to attend this one under such delightful circumstances.
