Just a few days ago we were enjoying
views like this in Italy:
Back home spring is so much behind returning felt like you were taken too many steps backwards. The views we found at home were at their
best like this:
This is the meadow of ours that might in a hundred years or so be someone's vineyard or olive grove. |
They told in the news migrating birds haven’t been returning this late in at least 50 years. In any case, the snow is gone and I’m back among the living after what felt the worst winter season ever. I suppose we will manage if we turn from wide angle to zoom for a while. Talking about zoom, I was chasing a couple of butterflies yesterday and the brimstone (Conepteryx) (sitruunaperhonen) finally landed on a daffodil at my reach. With butterflies appearing, there is some hope even for us.
Ihania kuvia Italiasta! Onneksi varasimme juuri tänään pikkumatkan Gdanskiin kesäkuuksi joten meilläkin on jotain odotettavaa!
Hei teillà tàà on kaikki vielà edessàpàin!:)
ReplyDeleteOvat lupailleet lämpimämpää, mutta pitäisi päästä tästä loman viime metreillä iskeneestä flunssasta...
DeleteLovely flowers, I love the Pensione Glicine picture. How nice that you were there as the glicine was in full bloom!
ReplyDeleteIsn't is magnificent! Wisteria doesn't survive hear so I'm always thrilled to see it blooming.
